Panda ActiveScan 5.0. I have Norton Anti-Virus. I ran Trojanvirus. While I was researching a virus I picked up that NEITHER NORTON OR TROJAN could find, I ran across this:

http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/?+language=2&Country=63&Partner=1&Ref=PR-AS-107

picked up FORTY SIX infected files, including the nasty virus that was causing me problems. The scan took about 45 minutes on my machine, but it's free and it was well worth it.

One more tool in the arsenal.

It pisses me off that I pay every year for Norton anti-virus and firewall, but I'm still getting these things it apparently can't find.

That's good to hear, Tim. Glad you rid it from your computer. Norton is about as good as having a flat tire on a car.
Unreliable and bloated; and a huge resource hog too. Glad you're all set now.
