Ok , I was playing age of mythology online and I got suddenly got disconnected . I looked at my firewall and noticed that it had stopped a whole heap of smurf attacks . The IP address that it came from was the same one that my AOM.exe was broadcasting to while I was playing the game online . Does this mean that someone was trying to attack me by the game server or what?

"Does this mean that someone was trying to attack me by the game server or what?" Probably.Last week I got attacked through an unreal (standard) server. I suggest staying away from the server that attacked you if possible.(not sure how AOM runs their servers).
