Most of the time my google searches are being redirected. I am unable to update my Spyware programs and my Anti-virus program. Please help

Delete all temporary files, temporary internet files, browsing history, set security as a default and then check. If problem still same then disable window firewall setting and then check.

I deleted the files you recommended, but the problem is persisting. I am still being redirected to sponsor sites when I select a link from the results of a google search. In addition, I am still unable to update any antivirus or antispyware programs. I disabled windows firewall; what should I do next?

You can try to update your antivirus or anti-spyware software through "safe mode with networking". You should restart the computer and press F8 and select safe mode with networking and then try to update your antivirus software.
