Google searched links send to wrong sites, and I am unable to download things from the internet. I have no idea what to do. Can someone help me?

I did what it said on the site up to step five, which says "Scan for malicious parasites with spyware/antivirus removers: 1. Spyware Doctor 2. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 3. NOD32 free trial" But I was unable to do this because my computer will not allow me to download spyware doctor, malwarebytes anti-malware, or nod32 free trial.

you may want to download them on a different PC and put them on a thumb drive or burn them to a cd and then load them onto the problem PC
