Hi - I have the redirect virus. It is affecting my mozilla on yahoo and google searches. I ran Avira - nothing but these two warnings Begin scan in 'C:\' C:\hiberfil.sys [WARNING] The file could not be opened! [NOTE] This file is a Windows system file. [NOTE] This file cannot be opened for scanning. C:\pagefile.sys [WARNING] The file could not be opened! [NOTE] This file is a Windows system file. [NOTE] This file cannot be opened for scanning. Ran spybot s and d - It found a few things, I removed them all. Ran malwarebytes - it found a few files and a reg key. I removed all. Rebooted, no redirects for about 5 searches then it started again. I reran malwarebytes and it doesn't find anything - actually it says there are 2 warnings but doesn't give me the option of removing them. Can you help? Thank you in advance!
