I am having issues with a google redirect virus. I have the free versions of spyboy and avg anti virus but half of the links that I click on will send me to a different site. Also, I'm getting a lot of pop ups which I never got before

I'm not sure if this is the same virus because all the other thread dates are from 2008. I tried to download the malewarebytes antimalware as suggested in previous threads and it said that it could not find the file. I assume this is related to whatever virus is in my computer. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Use ComboFix. That's the only program that actually removed Google redirect virus from my PC.
