Started a previous thread - though not sure if I did something wrong by posting a hijack log before being requested. Anyhow - I will try and start a new topic - and as stated have the google redirect virus I think. Can't download Malwarebytes from the normal links provided.
Malwarebytes is one of the very best apps around for troubleshooting this kind of issue, although much depends on how severely you've been infected.
You should also take a look at ATF cleaner as a way of flushing out the bad files and getting rid of the redirect. Post up if the download link isn't working above, or if you can't run it!

Nope - now for some reason I can get into them (all links which I couldn't before) after doing the free scan and finding 3 files to clean (1300 plus still need done - but need the "full" program). Should I now run the hijack and malware?
