I've been infected with the google redirect virus also. i tried to scour the internet for cures to try on my own but i cant get rid of it. I've tried scanning with norton, malware bytes and spyware dr. but with no luck at all. the pop ups have stopped randomly happening but its still there. THank you in advance for anyone who can help.
Once you download and start the tool select all the objects/places to be scanned and hit Scan. Fix what it detects and at the end of the scan post screen shot/log of detected items that is fixed and which it could not fix.
