Google redirect spyware virus

Hello, I have the same virus as mentioned a few times on here for the google redirect on search results and the spyware pop up from the tool bar. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

There are many free fully functional spyware removers on one page listed in my link. I would suggest updating and running: Ccleaner Slim Malwarebytes Spybot S&D and use the immunize feature Super-anti-spyware Remove all they find.
