How many browser you are using in your machine?
Try the following steps:-
1.) Disable and unistall all the addons installed in your browser.
2.) Reset the browser.
3.) Run Spywareblaster and then run trojan remover. (in safe mode)
4.) Clean all the temporary files using CCleaner application.
I wish it would work for you.

Thank you :)
