Google redirect I have Hijack results!

I followed a lot of the help on this website and came up with a report from Hijackthis. I have tried Combofix and this partly cured the problem, the Internet is intermittent now.
My 3 computers at home are connected via a LAN and all machines seem to be affected. I know nothing about computers, if I get one new machine and plug it back into the LAN will it become infected immediately?
