run these 3 progs in the EXACT order listed
1- rkill.exe (kills the malware process)
2- TDSS killer (helps to remove any unwanted rootkits)
3- Malwarebytes (run a full scan again and fix all it finds)
Then then reboot

Let us know if you are still being directed, if so, there are other free cleaners available, I wouldn't suggest manual registry editing as it may mess up your PC if not done correctly.

I'm not going to pay for anything to remove the Trojan viruses. I got the viruses for free so why pay to remove them? AdAware, Spybot, Malwarebytes are free to use and repair and all they do is ask for donations. After each one of them found something and fixed my computer, I was happy to donate some money to them. So, NO money up front from me.

Am I missing something? I really don't remember giving you programs that you had to pay up front for virus removal. Did you actually check those progs to see if they were a FREE fully functional 30 day trial with NO personal info needed?
I'm really confused.

Also, no-one is pressured into donating anything for the programs, they just ask. Hope that helps

Ok, put the URL of each one of those "free" programs and I'll go to them and see if they're free. Such as http://housecall.trendmicro.com that takes you to the parent site to get the download.

The Tdss didn't even launch
Ad the last one I got this error... The file was not found on the server. Please try again.. I have no idea what's going on. Can you get the files and email to me?

actually we don't do that. Sounds like you might be really infected. Try tapping f8 on bootup and choose safe mode with networking. Now see if you can download and run those. If not, I would suggest you download them on another PC and burn a disc or put them on a thumb drive to use them on the affected PC.

I would also edit out your e-mail address from your last post because you will be flooded by spammers.
