Google jump/redirect virus

When I click on google searches I get jump/directed to random ads and None of my antispyware software works or can be updated. I also cannot go to their websites.

Your computer is definitely effected with malware or spyware. You need to install Malwarebytes in safe mode and scan your computer with Malwarebytes. You can also visit www.iyogi.net to more help.
