Google jump/redirect virus

When I click on google searches I get jump/directed to random ads and None of my antispyware software works or can be updated. I also cannot go to their websites.

Your computer is definitely effected with malware or spyware.
You need to install Malwarebytes in safe mode and scan your computer with Malwarebytes.

I ran in safe mode and installed malwarebytes and tried to run it and it still didnt work.
