Dear Computing.net, I found you doing a search and was impressed with your responses and help. My computer is having problems and I'm hoping you can help me. My computer has two problems which might be related: 1) When I do searches on Google via either FF or IE when I click on a link I get redirected to shopping type sites. 2) When I turn on the computer I get this error: "Windows must now restart because the DCOM Server Process Launcher Service terminated unexpectedly." The computer then restarts itself. Both these events started happening a couple months ago sporadically but today they are happening consistently on every search and every time I start my computer. I was going to reformat my hard drive but that takes a long time and I'm concerned even that won't work. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! Kind regards, Con Way
