google hijack now no internet

hi, at first my google redirected me to other links when i searched...then i kept getting a box asking me to download a fix from the internet to fix a problem, kept closing the box but kept appearing to the point of me going mad then when i restarted computer my internet has limited connectivity can someone help me please..
btw i am using my sons computer at the moment as i can't go on my internet

okay used malwarebytes to clean up my system and the internet has come back...i just want to post the log for those that know what went wrong with my computer

now the bleeding thing is not booting up, will only boot on safe mode. if i try to boot normal i get a white screen then a black screen then a little box with failure-ssecurity options and the title is logon process has failed to create the security options dialog.....I HATE COMPUTERS AND I HATE HACKERS EVEN MORE CRAPPY NERDS!!!
