You can try Win TuneUp 2006. It has alot of programs that'll help with the registry plus many more easy to use applications to keep ur PC running smoothly.

With RegSeeker - the Clean Registry part - can one select individual Items for Deletion or is it all or nothing?

Thanks - Lesley

Lesley, you will need more than 1 cleaner.
Both Regseeker & REG SCRUB XP are super good & individual entries can be selected & backed up.
Once you are sure they are not needed again ( about one week ) they can be deleted.
Do not be supprised if hundreds or thousands of files are found.

Regseeker.
My personal use, is to, delete only the Green entries.
Click on Select All and choose > Select all Green items.
Right click on a Green item to delete all Green files.

Johnw.....thanks for answering that in my absence.

From personal use and comment from a lot of other users, I was under the impression that RegSeeker is one of the registry tools that works real good by itself.

Can you clarify why you'd need both Regseeker & REG SCRUB XP?

Sure Sabertooth, best way is to try both.
Run RegSeeker & then REG SCRUB XP, it always finds more files for me, each cleaner specializes in a different area.
In fact I ran 12 cleaners last night on a new xp install & they all found files. I do this on every comp I repair, usually 2 a week.

Both they are really good, but after fixing problems with REG SCRUB XP my HP software starts automatic installations, some kind of HP software bug.I don't know how to solve it,cause after every scan I have to insert HP printer software disk, and re-install corrupted files.

Thanks all who helped me :

I tried to delete every file one by one(deleted one file then logged of and logged in,and did it with all the files in the list) and now I know that this is not REG SCRUB XP fault,it's RegSeeker,it find louds of files so I cannot check it one by one,any suggestions?

Thanks all who helped me :
