I found a good program that removes stubborn trojans that other programs can't remove. I recently had 2 trojans that AVG, Trojan Remover and Stinger could not remove. The program is called "a-Squared." I highly recommend it. It can be found here: http://www.emsisoft.com/en/

I've been using it for some time and am very pleased with it. I have also recommended it on this and the 9x board - it has definitely cured several problems.
In the early days it had quite a few false positives but the writer is most dedicated. Andreas responds to emails and applies fast fixes to any problems.
I believe it has settled down to be a very good program indeed. Ignore any bad reports you find about this program in it's early days, they will lurk out there forever but are not longer applicable.
