Hi, this is Sakura, and I am having trouble with my computer. this is the only computer I have accessible besides the library, and I've been using it for a while now. My labtop has had the "blue screen of Death" show up a couple of times, so I totally deleted everything and set it up to how it was from the very beginning. I used it for a couple of months and nothing happened until about 2 months ago, where I kept on getting redirected to unnecessary ads. After some searching, I fould that it was the go.google.com virus, so I installed Anti-Malware, but after it was installed, it wouldn't open or do anything when I double clicked it, right clicked and clicked scan, etc. I need some help, and I'm a total newbie at computers, computer language, etc. All the sites I've gone to haven't worked, and there are errors all over. this is very frustrating for me, and I need to fix this before It gets any worse, if that's possible. I've gotten my computer updated back to windows 7 and I have a service pack 3 on my windows XP, all done by myself. Do you think you could help?
