Friend has a system that's been hijacked by 'legitimate' site: http://community.globaleaccess.com which has hijacked his homepage & taken over his dialler (which is a pain as he's on broadband so it just keeps taking him off-line). I'm having to deal with him by phone and we've so far managed to get back his homepage, but the dialler is being a bit more awkward & I don't want him messing with the registry. Anyway, from Googling I've seen mention of an uninstaller that this site is happy to send out, unfortunately I haven't yet had a reply from them, so has anyone (a) come across this lot before & (b) got a link to the uninstaller.

You might try to boot into safe mode and locate and delete this file if found:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\geaccess.exe

If you are using ME or 98 it would be in C:\Windows\System\geaccess.exe

Otherwise an HT log may be needed to find the associated files. Also look in control panel for:
Virtual Bouncer
My Way
My Way Toolbar
and uninstall if found.
