Okay, I'm trying to figure out Symantec's licensing for Ghost Solution Suite v. 2.5 as we need to upgrade our cloning software.
My manager believes that if we use boot disks created from a GSS server to create and load images that we will need very few licenses.
However, from what I've gathered reading on Symantec's website, you need a license per machine that will recieve the image, regardless of the means.
So...what's the word? I'm trying to put a proposal together so I can get this thing on the go, so I'd really like to get this figured out.
