Will some body will explain in easy step by step procedure for creation of Ghost image on CD/DVD and after that how to run in when it required to run i.e. in the case of crash or non functioning of computer.

Is any software needed for these ?
Please provide the link for this software.

The best place to learn is online at Symantec. They have tutorials for many versions.
