Geting rid of virus

I have a problem with sending emails from my Outlook.My ISP provider told me that this is a virus and I need to deinstall all programs and check my computer with antyvirus. I run Norton AV and nothing was found but still my emails can't go through. I was told that virus name is lovejoy.Have you ever heard this name? I try to run different anti virus programes but nothing works.

Do an online virus scan at [url=http://housecall.trendmicro.com]TrendMicro[/url] or [url=http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan]RAV Antivirus[/url]. Select the Autoclean option if you use TrendMicro.

Update your Av if necessary, and run it in safe mode, run the above scans in safe mode. When you get an exact file name please post it back here exactly as it is given. Also, just for safety sake, disable your system restore files:
