the best way would be to save all important files, pics, docs from the existing drive and doing a full nuke of the drive and re-installing the OS.
That is one way of getting rid of that problem and making sure you are safe...I only do that as a last resort.

If you want to try getting rid of the problem without doing the above, download and run these in this order
1- rkill.exe
2- tdss killer
After running the above and removing what is found, then run
3- Malwarebytes in full scan
Let us know if your problem still exists after that.

When I had this malware, what I did was:
1. rebooted PC
2. then started clicking F8 to launch safe mode with networking
3. additionally, stopped SM[random].exe and SmartEngine.exe processes running
4. finally, downloaded automatic removal tool and deleted everything what was reported as malicious.
