This shows up in AVG report. Can't tell if it's been deleted or not. I'm new to AVG, so am not sure how to read it's info.

It is most likely just in the restore folder.
Empty the restore folder. Go to start>control panel>system>system restore tab>check the box beside "turn off system restore>apply (takes a minute)>ok. Go back and uncheck the box to turn system restore back on>apply>ok.
