Generic Trojan! Help!

I believe I have a series of generic trojan viruses on my computer. Whenever I attempt to disinfect or delete them with adaware, avg, or spybot, they simply continue to return. My computer has begun to lag immensely! Is there anything I can do?

If the spyware is coming back it is probably in the system restore, you will probably have to turn that off and then scan. I would suggest all the sccans and free cleaners in my link.
