you know, there're no good, efficient and free products all in
one. There are two most efficient tools:

1. Malwarebytes Antimalware - free tool to remove spyware,
but you have to pay in order to get real-time protection.

2. Spyware Doctor - spyware removal and real-time protection
all paid.

Alternatively, when faced any type of malware, you can
always post hijackthis log in any spyware help forum, and
they will help you to clean computer for free.
