Howzit all,

I would like to format/re-install Vista, due to a virus I received. The repeated error message I get now, after the whole virus ordeal is - Physical Memory Dump.

This renders me unable to make any back-ups, recovery disks or copy my drivers over to a CD. As soon as the notebook starts-up, probably within 10s, the blue screen pops up - PMD (physical memory dump).

It is also a pre-installed Vista with drivers etc…

Any advice in this regard? Example what process I must select during start-up with a Vista CD, options to choose… Can I remove the partition on the HD when I reinstall vista?

Thanks guys!
