Do you mean to say affected?

You will have to boot through a bootable CD possibly. A Windows XP or 98 bootable CD will do.

Just boot through the CD. if you are sure that the OS is intact and just boot sector is infected then you can run fdisk / cleanmbr from the bootable disc.

Let me know what exactly has happened.

Or do you mean "Infected?" Why doesn't the computer "allow" you to boot to a CD? What are the boot options in the BIOS?
