Flashing System Tray virus alert! P

So I just started having a problem of having this Flashing system tray icon. It flashes between the Help(?) icon and a Red circle with a slash through it (no entry) sign. If I put my mouse over it it says "Virus Alert!" and then a pop up comes up right above it and if I click on it, it brings me to a website so I can Buy SpywareQuake. Can some one please help me get rid of this??
