Firewalls Chart Good to Bad

Specs: Windows XP Pro SP3
Aside from:
1. We don't know what 'leak test' was used and,
2. We don't know the source of this chart . .

What do you think?

Is the firewall you're using working for you?
Is there one high on the list you think shouldn't be? or visa-versa?

Now that I've stopped malware from coming into my PC, I'm more concerned about programs simply phoning home.

What have you all got set up to prevent leaks?

Interesting. I use Zone Alarm free and I'd say it does a pretty good job of keeping programs from calling home when they're not supposed to under fully manual control. It's even caught a few trojans trying to call home that managed to slip past my a/v software. "hmm, why is that tmp file trying to access a residential ip address".

Although it's rules would not stop a well coded trojan from hijacking svchost.exe or iexplorer.exe and calling home through those programs.
