Hello:A Friend of mine has Agnitum Outpost as a Firewall & a Webroots Spysweeper as an Anti-spyware
The Problem is:
his Firewall won,t allow Spysweeper to Update the anti-spyware definitions
he added Spysweeper to the Agnitum outpost Trusted applications Still no luck
also he disabled the Firewall Still no luck
any Suggestions !

Uninstall the firewall and then reinstall. Sometimes they get a funky registry entry that won't let you set up "trusted" programs. If that doesn't work contact their technical support.

If you still can't resolve it just get a free copy of Tiny or ZoneAlarm.

I would actually suggest Sygate Personal Firewall if you were to change firewalls. I had trouble with zone alarm.
