I'm posting this problem on behalf of a relative. His Firefox does not allow him to download any files, when he clicks a link to download, nothing happens. No dialog box appears, there is nothing present in Tools > Downloads.

Also, when he tries to start up Internet Explorer it blinks on for a couple of seconds then shuts itself down.

Another symptom on the computer is that it's redirecting him to porn sites, the two noted ones he told me about are youporn and pornhub, but at other times he may get redirected to non-malicious websites such as Yahoo.

This is baffling me and I hope you guys can maybe provide me with the answer.

PS. So far, MalwareBytes has been ran on his system as has AVG, Spybot and Ad-Aware. Currently he is about to run Uniblue Registry Booster and RegCure.

These following suspicious files were found trying to access the Internet. We ran MBAM several days ago but unfortunately, we didn't save a log file, though the program found and removed over 1000 errors. Malware Bytes is no longer opening on the computer for some reason and so no log can be obtained. Additionally though, we obtained a log using Hijack This, I'm waiting on a request to post this log.

csrssc.exe
winlognn.exe (some website described this as a rootkit and suggested SpyNoMore would remove it)
uwobamomigo.dll
wbupexowalis.dll
ts2.exe

Please help, both of us are getting to the end of our patience with his system haha!
