Hi, I am server admin of an organization. I need to track down a user's password. How do I do that?

I realize it can sound a little strange. My objective is that the specific user is away travelling and she (obvisouly a she LOL) has forwarded her phone to her assistant using OCSR2. However, the destination number is one digit of so all her calls end up at a private person somewhere else. I need to log into her account and do the change.

If I change her password she will not be able to log in at her current location and receive mail about the change, so I can't just reset the password.

what to do ?

I checked with legal. If the reason is legitimate it is okay to log into an account. It would be appropiate, though, to inform the user which I also intend to do.

I've never used Microsoft's OCS R2, but can't you just install the Administrative Tools and change the number without breaking into the user's account?
