Start by using hijackthis to eliminate all the listings that have find4u. They are clearly listed.

This might also help:

http://spywarewarrior.com/files/CWShredder.exe

Run the tool while offline, and all windows closed. Click "fix" not just scan.

Reboot and run again if anything was fixed the first time.

Then empty out temporary internet files including offline content and history.

Before fixing anything with hijackthis...make sure you have it in it's own folder..it makes backups of what you fix that cannot be recovered in a temp folder if you make a mistake.
Most of what you see in the scan is safe or even essential...so be careful. HJT does not know what is bad or good...it just shows what is there.

If that and HJT fixes it...then to prevent re-infection download and install all critical windows updates including sp1.

After running CWShredder and you ran spybot (updated I hope?)...if you want help with the log...post a fresh scan log and I will help you.
