I would like to know if there is a way to find out the city location from where someone is e-mailing you?
For example take the domain name: @gobiernofederal.com
Where would this domain name come from?
Would I be able to find out the ISP provider that was used to create an e-mail address someway if I have the username before the domain name?

Just wondering why you want/need this information. Are you trying to track down someone who is harrassing you? Or are you trying to locate someone for another reason?
