find & copy/paste won't work

Does anyone know if a virus is shutting down these functions? I've scanned and removed Welchia.B, but my "find" function won't work and I can't copy/paste in any software. System did this last year when BlasterWorm was infecting it, but the malfunctions stopped when it was deleted...

Summary: I would say go to the Norton symantec site and find the uninstaller of your version. You will need that to get all the files removed. That is what is causing your problem. If not uninstalled properly ...
