Hey there chaps,

Sorry to burdent he forums with another file wont delete question, but of all the other posts i didnt find an answer.

I have a file on my desktop which i downloaded believing to be kazaalite234 the p2p program. This file it seems is not that at all and though hasent done any harm (as far as i can tell) the damn thing wont be deleted. Its telling me it is being used by another person or program.

Here's what ive done so far: Rebooted and deleted, no such luck, Ran AVG, it found nothing, Ran SPYBOT S&D, it found nothing. I used Tritafile to try and remove it but the program crashed....... It seems this file just doesnt want to budge.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance, Daniel

Jennifer, do not shush! In fact, I was surprised you did not suggest trying to remove it while in the safe mode, but Tufenuf's method will work quite nicely.

Hi Jennifer,

Na, don't shush.

Yeah, this gets asked and answered almost daily.

Lemme guess; it's NTFS.

If at first you don't succeed, you're about average.
