Comment: I want to erece this file that i dowloaded, but when i try it says its under use but its not. The file is for Windows media player that doesnt work how can i erece this file i have mcafee.

Reply: (edit)do you mean you want to erase it? as in delete? you could try rebooting in safe mode and deleting it there. (tap F8 duing startup) Jen
