Ok, I recently had a virus on my computer that started generating TONS of files in a new directory called "fffffff". I panicked, and DLed McAfee, and it slaughtered the virus.

However, the virus left over all those files, and when I try to delete them, I get:

"file system error (1026)"

When I try to delete them in DOS, I get:

"Access Denied"

Deltree didn't work, Erase didn't work, Nothing has worked. All the files are named odd things, such as:

____qi=.ö_Ñ and other weird non-english things.

Can anyone help? Please?

Why did you let it in? You're asking for trouble.
