hi guys
i would like some advise on a file sharing programe (P2P) that wont give me viruses or spyware or if this is not possable at lest one that you would use or trust

Try LIMEWIRE Spyware free, but any file sharing could give you viruses, make sure your a-v is up to date and your firewall is set to stealth mode

kk thanx bob i also used limewire on my old pc had no probs but my friend keeps getting viruses im using AGV free at the moment would you say it is advisable to to download lime wire pro from lime wire itself?

i think i know alot

I also use AVG Anti-virus and am using the Limewire Basic(free)from here The Official Limewire Site

I use this, same as Limewire without the nags.
