Hi People, I'm slow at this so what I have are 2 Program files that I want to find and delete- one is C:\Program Files\N...\566B3C47.exe and the other is C:\Program Files\...\654C1DDE.exe (access to file was denied) as NAV2004 scan stated. Please someone tell me how to get to these 2 files and get rid of them. Thanks alot, Gary

Hi Jennifer, I'm pretty much a rookie at finding these things but I did see these two Quarabtined in NAV2004 and deleted them but today I see the alert from NAV that they are still around. I do not see them in quarantine after scanning with NAV so I don't know where they would be or how to access them any help would be great. They are referred to as startpage DB and startpage CT and an alert also says to scan with AVG which I did and the complete system scan with system restore off and also in safe mode said O infections found so I am befuddled as to how to get rid of these. CWshredder, SPYbot, and AD-aware also come up clean and I use sygate as a firewall so I don;t know what to do next. Thanks for the replies, Gary
