File Association messed up

...i got a virus wich messed up my file associations. i have to run fixswen.inf but obviously i can't i tried the line 195 right colums on kelly's korner page. basicly i need .reg files to work...for that i need to fix zip...for that i need to fix exe but to fix exe i need to fix reg.... so messed up?i tried opening regedit from task manager but the virus deleted it somehow.. i tried command.com(from sys32 too) thingy but no results.
Resume:how can i fix my file association with the problem above?
