All of a sudden I am geting pop ups. I have right clicked on some of them and I see Falkag.net on most of them, but others show as http://www.military.com/Careers/Home/0,13373,,00.html?ESRC=vc_car.op&np=1 http://www.softwareaffiliates.net/info_11/form.php. www.allaboutthenews.com I am usually careful in what I download onto the computer. Any help is appreciated.

you can get pop-ups not only if there is smth installed on your pc. If pop-ups appear when you are browsing certain websites, it's simple addverstisments and this doesn't mean you are infected. most of online games etc. sites use those pop-ups and you can avoid them by using some pop-up blocker. if you suspect you are infected, open add/remove section at control panel (you can find it on start->control panel or start->settings->control panel) and look trough programs listed. check if you recognize all of them and if there are not some malicious things installed. you said you are carefull about what you download, but there's a possibility that some program you consider to be clear from spyware, provides those adds to your pc. tc;
