Fake Windows Security Scan and no Malwarebyte

Specs: Windows 7
Had a Fake Windows Security Scanner popping up and which did not allow me to use my Browsers. But I was able to deactivate the "virus" with the help of "iExplore" (http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/iexplore.exe.html). Now I want to install "Malwarebytes's Anti-Spyware" but the installation window is blank, I can't read a thing and therefore can't install the programm. The same with other Anti-Spywareprogramms. I tried to rename the setup file - did not work.
What can I do?

There are also some other defects, like the search bar on several homepages (i.e. YouTube) got so tiny I can't read what I am writing...

Go tell your buddy you need to use his PC.

Go to: "http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html"

Download it to a flash drive.

Take the flash drive home and run it on your PC.

Embrace paranoia, they ARE out to get you!
