Fake message saying computer is infected

Specs: Windows XP

I have a Windows XP PC and a computer on my network was infected with a virus 3 weeks ago, now another computer is giving fake errors about a infection it looks like my control panel but it is fake.

Here is the info from the infection I noted
My computer online scan is running
188.124.5.172
admess.trojan

Its def fake and I just closed it and am now running malwarebytes please tell me what I need to run to test and clean this pc

Please post the results of the Malwarebytes scan you just ran and run DDS and post its logs.

Download DDS and save it to your desktop.
DDS.scr


Disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.
Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.
Then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, the DDS.txt will open.
Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.

When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
1. DDS.txt
2. Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop then post them please.
