Fake Internet Security, no web accs

I am having huge issues with my desktop PC. It's got a multitude of problems. First and foremost, I cannot access the internet, so any fix needs a workaround for that.

It is infected with the "Fake Internet Security" virus, and has also installed a bunch of icons that reappear after being deleted from the desktop. I'm sure there are other problems as well, but it has also disabled/removed my antivirus software.

Normally I use Firefox, but when I tried to open IE, it pulls up what appear to be "dummy sites" and it changed my homepage. Then I get a popup asking if I want to install "Antivirus 2009" Of course I did not do this, but I'm at a loss for what to do now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

download to your desktop
open it and make sure that all options are checked, click on "Scan Now" at the end of the scan will be released (always on your desktop inside the folder suspectfile) two files.
Go to http://www.freefilehosting.net the zip file and write in your next reply URL where I can get it.

the duration of the scan may be long, it might even seem that the program is not working, do not worry is not so;)

SystemScan is recognized, mistake, by some antivirus as infected.
