Fake anti spyware

Please help anyone im going crazy!
when i wanted to watch a movie on my computer( downloaded ) it said i had a trojan horse and i had to download this anti spyware program so i did and ever since its been hell.
every 3 minutes i the website i surf on changes into :

and when i press get real time protection i go to this site green bills that is trying to sell me this antispyware program.

so i went to my computer delete or remove and i uninstalled it , but still it didnt help at all ...
and also very often i get security alerts coming up telling me i have a trojan horse on my computer..
what can i do to make it stop ? i googled it and it told me its a fake program ....

Hello , You will need Malwarebyte's Antimalware or MBAM
D\L the free version you may consider the pro version later , update and run the quick scan and clean all it finds , Close and restart your computer .

If you navigate to c:\program files\Block-defence\uninstall.exe , it may be a waste of time .
