Sending a message to Microsoft won't fix the problem. That's more of a reporting feature designed to alert Microsoft to bugs.

I've never heard of an occurance where a website like Facebook would shut down the browser - but it could be the work of a virus, malware or spyware.

Run a scan for any threats that may be lurking on your PC. If you've got something trying to log your details, or redirect the browser, it could be causing the entire thing to shut down.

Failing that, I would try a different browser. Firefox and Safari are generally more secure and less prone to these kind of random errors.

try malwarebytes or free 30 day trial Trojan Remover and remove all they find.
Also try Ccleaner Slim it is a FREE registry cleaner other than the registry cleaner in response 1

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
