Subject: EZula and other BS, need help
OS: Windows XP Home Edition
CPU/Ram: AMD Athalon 2400+/512 DDR
Comment:

I am having problems with Ezula and other programs reinstalling themselves automatically. I scanned for EZstub.exe and stub.exe, and deleted them, but it comes back. I am posting my hijack this logs, someone please look and tell me what is wrong.

One other thing, uninstall Kazaa! It probably will not work after you eliminate the spyware you authorized, when you approved the license agreement when you installed Kazaa. If you want/need a peer to peer program get Kazaa Lite.

You are using an outdated Hijackthis version.
The newest version is 1.97
To update follow these directions:
QUOTE
For those of you who already have a version of HT installed ... to update:

Start Program
In the lower right, click on "config"
Then "misc tools"
Then "check for update online"
OK

After the download, when you are ready to unzip, you'll need to first close the running version of HT, otherwise the unzipper won't work if the files are in use while installing.

HijackThis v1.97:
* Load and Run keys from Registry in Windows NT/2k/XP are now listed as F2 and F3.
* RunOnce keys are now listed.
* Bugfix in removing BHO's starting with '-{' instead of '{'.
