n i have a had the same problem with them all
it constantly pops up asking a command word is tryiing to access ip 091-195-452 this is usually what viruses or Trojans do do you want to allow i am thinking i click no n i find i cannot access my email from my messenger i click yes and i could be allowing some eejit access to my pc causing alsorts of havoc unless it says do you want to allow Firefox or msn messenger then i can say yes/no allow

The simplest solutions are the best and they are often save you money

For all firewalls, you need to specify which programs should be allowed to access internet and which should not. set them right and you should not have any problem.
